Any Registered member of Girl Scouts of River Bluffs Council (girl or adult) who recruits a NEW member is entitled to receive a "Bring A Friend" patch.
The person who recruits the most NEW persons in each quarter of the calendar year will receive a T-shirt.
New member must be registered before the recruiter receives the patch
