The River Bluffs Council Flag flew higher than ever during December, January and February as it rotates the earth in the International Space Station. Before she left earth in the space shuttle Endeavor, Dr. Sandy Magnus packed our council flag and a council patch for her stay on the International Space Station. She returned to Earth in late February - stay tuned for more information on how River Bluffs Council welcomed her home!

Sandy grew up in Belleville, went to Central Junior High and then on to Belleville West High School.  She was also in a Girl Scout troop, sold cookies and went to meetings, just like you!

GSRBC's council flag and council patch were taken by Dr. Sandy Magnus onto the space shuttle!
