A BIG thank-you to all the troops that have participated in the fall council community service project. To date 482 girls collected supplies for area shelters. What an impact these girls are making on the lives of so many animals and the care that they receive.

Some of the agencies that have received donations are: Partners for Pets, Belleville Humane Society, Edgar County Humane Shelter, Metro East Humane Society, 5A’s, APA-Granite City, Spencer Kennel, Riverbend Animal Shelter, Genesis Animal Rescue, Cole County Animal Shelter, Humane Society of Collinsville, Humane Society of Monroe County, and Crawford County Humane Society.

If you haven’t turned in your participation form, please do so. We want to recognize the hard work and effort by every troop. Also patches, Try-Its, and badges are limited so turn in your order today! All orders will be delivered no later than your January Service Unit meeting.
