More cool STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) links for girls: Did you ever look at a bridge and think you could build a better one? Now you can with West Point’s Bridge Maker. Download it here: http://bridgecontest.usma.edu/ Every year, West Point has a Bridge Building Contest for area schools and groups. You can download the software and try your hand at bridge construction at any time. |
Our Council’s Own Try-It, badge, and IP… This October, why not "Go Batty!" with the new Try-It designed and written by Caroline and Christine Stewart? Juniors and Girls Scouts 11-17, you can Go Batty too and earn the Going Batty badge and IP! The Night Hike in a Box helps fulfill some of these requirements. |
